Dr. Theresa Armstead, author of the book, Equipped: How a Coach’s Journey of Resilience Can Equip Yours, with nearly 20 years of public health, evaluation, and research expertise, offers leadership, strategic thinking, planning, and coordination in the areas of program evaluation, violence prevention, community health, community organizing, systems change, organizational capacity building, implementation science, data to action processes, and health equity. I am passionate about coaching clients through career transitions, building strong teams, cultivating partnerships, and translating science into meaningful impact.

Coaching
I join with individuals and teams in identifying purpose, exploring career options, and goal setting. Working together clients will gain the momentum needed to get from stuck and spinning to gaining real traction.
